Entire hotel could do with a refresh and painted up a little. Staff are courteous and polite and provide a good service. Will return in the future.
Went here for a meal and to meet up with family, the staff are so friendly and down to earth, the food and drinks are reasonably priced. Had the burger and felt full afterwards. A very pleasant experience.

We booked a 3night stay at Sysonby Knoll Hotel to visit a few places we missed before. The Reception was good and very polite. We stayed in the Executive Room across from the main Hotel building it was a lovely room clean and good with an absolutely massive bed and matching furniture. It also had a two seater sofa too. We had booked for Sunday lunch which was brilliant, all fresh vegetables and good sized portion of meat. I had Tiramisu which was lovely and my Partner had a chocolate and morello dessert. The breakfast was First Class too everything is cooked to order. We were served by Emily who was polite and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, you couldn't have a better service and with a smile, she is a credit to the team 5stars from us. We look forward to going back and hopefully have the same room. One of the better hotels we stayed in.
The buffet food was extremly good, home made, flavoursome and plentiful. Couldn't fault it. We don't live locally, but will be sure to call again if in the area. Nice place. Definitely recommend.
